I have had five sets of hearing aids over many years. The last two sets I got from Allan at Nevada County Hearing Aid Center. Before the last two sets I had gone to another Hearing Aid store in Grass Valley. They were unable to fit me properly. The first pair of aids that I got from Allan did not work properly for me. Allan spent a lot of time trying to get them to work and than decided that another brand would work better for me. Allan took this pair back. Allan spent a lot of time and effort with me to make this second pair right. I am very pleased with the final results. I have a very difficult hearing loss and ear to fit. I did not want the large “behind the ear” hearing aids. I wanted the small ”in the ear” hearing aids and Allan was able to make this work.
